Delivery
For pre-made items, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch. Made to order / Custom commissions may require up to 6 weeks for design, creation, and shipping. We send all of our jewelry via Swiss Post.
For EU orders, items are shipped 1st Class. If you are an international or non-EU customer, please contact us directly to arrange faster shipping if necessary.
Some countries may charge import tax. Please check before you order as we don't take responsibility for import duties.
We are committed to sustainability, and all of our packaging is made from 100% biodegradable kraft paper. We kindly ask that you recycle the packaging upon receipt to help us continue our eco-friendly practices.
Returns
All sales are final; however if you are not satisfied with your commissioned purchase, we can offer an exchange or credit note. Shipping returns remains at the cost of the purchaser. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for monthly drops. Please check your ring size before ordering.
Given that we upcycle vintage materials, our beads and components have lived a previous life. We ask that you handle your jewelry with care to prevent any damage. Should an accident occur within 6 months of purchase, we offer repair services upon request.
